Darien, CT - Residents gathering to address flooding.
Bob Wagman heads the West Norwalk Association group who have been proactive in addressing the flooding on the Five Mile River. As you may be aware, this river also runs through Darien and experienced flooding in October 2007. The Norwalk group can be contacted at 203-852-9332.
Friends of the Five Mile River to meet on January 22 at the New Canaan Library in the Lamb Room. There will be two meetings to choose from: one session from Noon to 2 and an evening session from 6 to 7:30pm. RSVP 203-972-6990-- Please let them know which session you plan to attend.
